I choose to begin this day in peace—to bring harmony into my world. Today, I choose to:

Greet the sunrise with gratitude for its beauty and life-giving energy...

Treat the earth and its people with respect...

Allow the Creator's wisdom and divine love to guide my footsteps...

Nourish my body, mind, and spirit with work, study, and meditation...

Treat all those I meet as my spiritual brothers and sisters...

Show compassion to those who are in need...

Give a share of my treasures back to my Creator and His creations...

Seek truth, share only the truth of my spirit, and turn away from selfishness...

Seek associations with those who empower me with a spirit of love...

Take responsibility for the path I walk and the legacy I create...

I will recognize endings as beginnings and each beginning as a doorway to tranquility—a promise of the dawn of peace.
